   30 minutes quick targeted massage - £30. 

     60 minutes - £40. body massage  (recommended)

          90 minutes maximum - £50. full body and deep tissue massage

* I am avalable for pre and post sports events massage. The price is on request depending on time per massage, loction and travel time required. Please call to discuss your requirements.

 I can offer NHS medical staff and all emergency workers a good discount off list price

*Please Note; When you book your first appointment with PDH Therapy you will need to allow an extra 15 minutes to complete the consultation and health assessment. So a 1 hour massage will be 1hour 15minutes. You will only be charged for 1hour.

Please note that because I still work as a medical professional during the week  I am only able to offer confirmed appointment for the therapy massaging service on Monday, Fridays and Saturdays mornings.*

The treatment room is in a discreet private location  in Norwich NR1  with free unrestricted street parking
